摘要
单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)是在单个细胞水平上对其含有的转录组信息进行测序分析,在发现新的细胞亚型,揭示细胞异质性,提高对组织、器官和生物复杂性的理解,发现疾病标志性致病基因以及细胞转化过程中发挥重要作用。目前,scRNA-seq已被广泛应用于肿瘤、胚胎发育和免疫学等领域。本文将简要介绍scRNA-seq的技术流程,并重点阐述其在结缔组织病领域的应用。
Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)is the sequencing analysis of the transcriptome information contained in the single cell level,which plays an important role in discovering new cell subtypes,revealing cell heterogeneity,improving the understanding of the complexity of tissues,organs,and organisms,discovering disease-marking pathogenic genes and the process of cell transformation.At present,scRNA-seq has been widely used in tumor,embryonic development and immunology,etc.This article will briefly introduce the technical process of scRNA-seq,and focus on its application in the field of connective tissue disease.
