皮肤Merkel细胞癌伴前列腺癌1例

Skin Merkel Cell Carcinoma with Prostate Cancer:A Case Report

患者男,78岁,右侧跟腱结节2个月。手术切除皮损组织病理示:真皮深部见嗜碱性细胞团块,胞浆呈颗粒状,部分细胞核大深染、有异型性。免疫组织化学结果示:CK(2+)、CK19(+)、CK20(点状+)、CD56(+)、CgA(+)、Syn(+)、vimentim(+)、Ki-67(50%+)。诊断考虑Merkel细胞癌。全身PET-CT检查发现前列腺肿瘤,前列腺组织病理回报腺泡腺癌。诊断:皮肤Merkel细胞癌合并前列腺癌。

A 78-year-old male presented with a nodule on his right achilles tendon for two months.Histopathology showed basophilic cell masses in the deep dermis,granular cytoplasm,and some large nuclei,deeply stained and heteromorphic.The immunohistochemical results showed CK(2+),CK19(+),CK20(punctiform+),CD56(+),CgA(+),Syn(+),vimentim(+),Ki-67(50%+).Merkel cell carcinoma was diagnosed.The whole-body PET-CT examination revealed prostate tumor,and prostate histopathology showed acinar adenocarcinoma.A diagnosis of skin Merkel cell carcinoma with prostate cancer was made.
