多发性纤维毛囊瘤1例

Multiple Fibrofolliculomas: A Case Report

患者男,48岁,前额、头皮、面颈部丘疹3年。皮肤科情况:前额、头皮、面颈部散在黄白色丘疹,直径1~3 mm,表面光滑,圆顶状,孤立分布。皮损组织病理示:毛囊漏斗部扩张,内含角质物。疏松结缔组织围绕扩张的漏斗部局限性增生,上皮细胞条索从漏斗部伸出,相互吻合,部分与皮脂腺的生发层相连,部分扭曲的毛囊周围包绕纤维基质鞘,伸出多个毛囊上皮条索。诊断:多发性纤维毛囊瘤。未治疗,随访中。

A 48-year-old male with 3 years history of scattered skin-colored, yellow-white papules on the forehead, scalp, face, neck, about 1-3 mm in diameter, withthe dome-shaped, isolated distribution.Skin biopsy showed the follicle funnels were dilated and contained keratin.Loose connective tissue was localized around the expanded infundibular region.Cords of epithelial cells extended from the infundibulum anastomosed each other and were partly connected with the germinal layer of the sebaceous glands.The twisted hair follicle was surrounded by a fibrous stroma sheath, extended multiple strands of hair follicle epithelium.The patient was diagnosed with multiple fibrofolliculomas.No treatment and long-term follow-up were recommended.
