CMML with Skin Manifestations Transformed into AML:A Case Report

患者女,45岁,皮肤具有坏疽性脓皮病的特征性表现,经皮肤活检后确诊为皮肤白血病(LC)。患者初次就诊时诊断为慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML),但在短期内进展为急性髓系白血病(AML)。

A 45-year-old female patient with characteristic skin manifestations of pyoderma gangrenosum was diagnosed as cutaneous leukemia(LC) after a skin biopsy.The patient was diagnosed with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia(CMML) at the first visit but progressed to acute myeloid leukemia(AML) in a short time.
