Blaschko线是镶嵌现象决定的皮肤线状地图,除部分特殊皮肤病患者外大部分人不可见。文章通过其与经脉(包括早期经脉文献、文物)的比较,发现许多客观联系。推测Blaschko线可能对经脉循行路径的产生起了重要作用,可作为经脉起源的重要依据之一。古人以Blaschko线的初步总结及血管、神经的简单认识为基础,在当时的哲学思想指导下,经过漫长的灸、砭以及传感现象的观察等临床实践,逐渐形成了祖国医学的经脉理论。

The Blaschko′s lines are linear maps of skin determined by cutaneous mosaicism, invisible in most people, except some with certain skin diseases.Many connections can be made by comparing Blaschko′s lines with the meridians, based on the early meridians′ literature and relics.The Blaschko′s lines may play a crucial role in the formation of the meridian route and can be used as one of the important bases for the origin of meridians.Based on the preliminary summary of Blaschko lines and the simple understanding of blood vessels and nerves, the meridian theory in traditional Chinese medicine gradually formed under the guidance of philosophy at that time, based on a long clinical practice such as moxibustion, stone needle and observations of propagated sensation along the channel.
