地方院校双创教育与专业教育融合的人才培养研究——以井冈山大学电气专业为例

RESEARCH ON TALENT TRAINING OF THE INTEGRATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN LOCAL COLLEGES ——TAKING THE ELECTRICAL MAJOR OF JINGGANGSHAN UNIVERSITY AS AN EXAMPLE

为了加强创新创业教育,促进地方院校应用型人才培养,针对学生创新创业意识不强、“专创融合”的课程缺乏等问题,井冈山大学机电学院在制定电气专业培养方案时,采取了明确人才培养目标、完善人才培养体系、改进创新课程设置等改革措施。这些措施使双创教育充分融入到专业教育当中,取得了较好的人才培养效果,学生的就业率、就业质量保持在较高水平。

In order to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education and promote the training of Applied Talents in local colleges and universities, aiming at the problems such as students’ weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and the lack of courses of “integration of expertise and innovation”, the electrical specialty of Jinggangshan University has taken reform measures such as clarifying talent training objectives, improving talent training system and improving innovation curriculum. These measures have fully integrated entrepreneurship and innovation education into professional education, achieved good talent training results, and maintained the employment rate and quality of students at a high level.
