非编码RNA在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展

摘要 皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC)是一种常见的皮肤癌,以角质形成细胞异常增殖为特征。研究发现非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)可通过内源竞争RNA(competing endogenous RNAs,ceRNA),直接编码或结合蛋白,调控DNA表达等机制在肿瘤发生发展过程中起到关键作用,可作为诊断性标志物或治疗靶标。本文总结了近年cSCC中ncRNA的研究现状并对未来研究作出展望,希望对cSCC的科学研究和临床诊疗有一定的指导意义。 Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC),a common type of skin cancer,is characterized by abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes.One fact is that non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)play a key role in the occurrence and development of tumors through the mechanisms of competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNA),encoding or binding proteins,regulating DNA expression and so on,and can be assumed as diagnostic markers or therapeutic targets.The research status and prospected research of ncRNA in cSCC has summarized in this paper.It is hopefully to provide reference for the scientific research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of cSCC.
