野牛草种质资源耐盐性评价与筛选 被引量:1

Salt-tolerance evaluation and analysis on Buffalo Grass germplasm resources

摘要 近年来,土壤盐渍化逐渐成为了影响我国园林绿化和生态环境的严重问题。野牛草作为我国北方极具发展潜质的生态草和草坪草种,从现有的野牛草资源中筛选出耐盐的种质资源,对我国城乡绿化和生态修复具有非常重要的意义。本实验以29个野牛草(Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.)Engelm.)种质资源为材料,分析了分蘖期盐胁迫对植株生长率、叶片叶绿素含量、叶枯死率的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫后,叶片叶绿素含量和枯死率均高于对照,而生长率则低于对照,野牛草植株各指标存在显著的品种间差异。以野牛草植株各指标的相对值作为耐盐性指标,采用隶属函数法计算得出,29个参试资源材料的平均隶属度值为0.17~0.66。通过K-Means聚类可得,资源材料BD011聚在第Ⅰ类,其耐盐性最强;资源材料BD006、BD022、BD021聚在第Ⅴ类,其耐盐性最弱。 In recent years,soil salinization has gradually become a serious problem affecting China’s urban garden greening and ecological environment.Buffalo grass is a kind of ecological grass and turf grass species with great development potential in north China,so it is of great significance to screen out the salt-tolerance buffalo grass germplasm resources from what we have for the urban and rural greening and ecological remediation in China.The experiment analyzed the effects of salt stress on the growth rate,mortality rate and chlorophyll contents in leaves of 29 buffalo grass(Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.)Engelm.)germplasm during tillering stage.The results showed that,after salt stress the chlorophyll contents and mortality rate of leaves were higher than those of the control,while the growth rate was lower than that of the control.There were significant difference among germplasm resources in each indexes of buffalo grass.Taking the relative value of each index of buffalo grass as the salt-tolerance index,the average membership value of 29 tested resource materials was calculated by membership function method,which ranged from 0.17 to 0.66.According to k-means clustering,BD011 was clustered in group Ⅰ,with the strongest salt tolerance.The resource materials BD006,BD022 and BD021 were clustered in group Ⅴ,which salt tolerance was the weakest.
