2016—2020年珠海市职业病新病例及发病趋势分析

Analysis on new diagnosed cases and epidemiological trends of occupational diseases in Zhuhai from 2016 to 2020

目的了解珠海市2016—2020年职业病发病现状,分析职业病发病趋势、疾病谱种类、辖区分布特征等,为制定职业病防治政策提供参考。方法收集、分析中国疾病预防控制中心职业病网络直报系统2016—2020年报告的珠海市职业病诊断病例数据资料,所有病例都是确诊病例。结果2016—2020年珠海市职业病发病呈先增高后降低的趋势,2018年职业病病例占比最高为30.9%,2020年最低为7.6%,前3位的职业病病种依次是职业性耳、鼻、喉、口腔等职业病占54.7%、职业中毒占26.5%,尘肺等呼吸系统职业病占13.9%。职业病病例分布在各辖区,性别、行业、企业规模等差异均有统计学意义。结论珠海市职业病发病趋势有所下降,但仍需要继续采取措施做好职业噪声聋、职业中毒、尘肺病等职业病的预防工作。

Objective To understand the current situation of occupational diseases in Zhuha from 2016 to 2020,to analyze the epidemiological trend, spectrum, district distribution of occupational disease for the reference of occupational-diseases control policy.Methods The data of occupational diseases were collected, which were reported by the Ministry of Health from 2016 to 2020. The confirmed cases of occupational diseases were enrolled in this study.Results The epidemiological trends of occupational diseases in Zhuhai increased first and then decreased in 2016—2020, The highest proportion of occupational disease cases was 30.9% in 2018, A minimum of 7.62 per cent in 2020. The first three occupational diseases were occupational diseases of otolaryngology, oral cavity, occupational poisoning, pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases. There are significant differences in the distribution of occupational disease cases in each district, gender, industry, enterprise size and so on.Conclusion The incidence trend of occupational diseases in Zhuhai is getting slow, but it is still necessary to take further measures to prevent occupational noise deafness, occupational poisoning, pneumoconiosis and so on.
