幼儿园班级质量追踪评估与改进探索——以上海市12所幼儿园20个班级3年追踪评估为例 被引量:1

摘要 评估与提升班级质量是改进幼儿园教育质量的核心,也是落实《幼儿园保育教育质量评估指南》的关键。本研究采用追踪设计,对上海市12所幼儿园中的20个班级进行持续3年的量表评估,发现班级质量总体呈现稳步小幅上升趋势,示范园与一级园班级在总体质量和若干子领域的项目上显著优于二级园班级,语言与早期阅读和学习活动等子领域的质量应得到更多关注。基于此,研究者从营造积极评估文化、建立精准辐射机制以及重视全过程质量建设等角度提出了对策建议。 Evaluation and raise of class quality is essential in improving kindergarten education quality,and plays an important role in implementing Guidelines for Early Care and Education Quality Evaluation.Adopting the longitudinal research design,this study evaluated the quality of 20 classes from 12 kindergartens for three years.The findings revealed that the overall quality of the classes showed a trend of gradual improvement the top and first level kindergartens performed significantly better than second level ones in overall quality and some dimensions.The quality in language,early reading,and learning activities deserves more attention.Based on the research,the researchers put forward some suggestions from the perspectives of creating active evaluation culture,establishing efficient mechanism to help second level kindergartens,and attaching great importance to the process quality construction.
