班级观察在幼儿园保教质量评估中的定位、应用与展望

摘要 在幼儿园保教质量评估与提升的实践中,应树立科学评价导向,关注过程性质量评估,突出班级观察的作用,在具体操作时,可结合每个园所的实际情况,科学使用各类理论驱动的观察量表开展质量评估与质量提升的实践,强化园所自我评估,关切教师利用观察量表获得专业发展的努力,从而让有质量的班级保育与教育真正惠及每个儿童。 In the practice of kindergarten education quality assessment and improvement,scientific assessment should be applied,process assessment should be paid attention to,and the role of classroom observation should be highlighted.Each kindergarten can use various theory-driven observation scales scientifically to assess and improve its education quality according to its own conditions,strengthen its own self assessment,and eamesdy pay attention to teachers'efiorts in using the observation scales to obtain professional skills so as to truly benefit all children.
