摘要
本研究采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,综合运用问卷法和访谈法对广东省5个市的521名农村幼儿园教师进行调查。结果表明,社会支持与职业倦怠各维度(情绪衰竭、去个性化和低成就感)均存在显著负相关,心理弹性与职业倦怠各维度也存在显著负相关,社会支持与心理弹性呈显著正相关。中介作用分析显示,心理弹性在社会支持与职业倦怠各维度之间起着部分中介作用。研究者据此提出缓解农村幼儿园教师职业倦怠的相关建议。
Using multistage stratified random sampling,combined with questionnaires and interviews,this study investigated 521 rural kindergarten teachers in 5 cities in Guangdong.The results show that social support has significant negative correlation with all other job burnout dimensions(emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and diminished personal accomplishment);resilience has significant negative correlation with all other job burnout dimensions;social support is significantly positively correlated with resilience.Analysis of mediation indicates that resilience plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between social support and all dimensions of job burnout.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce rural kindergarten teachers*job burnout by some suggestions.
