金红片联合西药对老年腹泻型肠易激综合征胃肠道及生活质量的影响

Effect of Jinhong tablet combined with western medicine on gastrointestinal tract and quality of life in elderly patients with irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea

目的:观察金红片联合西药对腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea,IBS-D)老年患者胃肠道及生活质量的影响,以探讨金红片的临床效果。方法:研究对象为80例老年IBS-D患者,选取随机数字表法将其分为两组,研究组40例和对照组40例。所有患者给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,研究组加用金红片治疗,对照组加用藿香正气水治疗,均给予连续治疗1个月。观察两组在治疗前后胃肠道的症状、大便的频率、Bristol评分和生活质量量表(Quality of Life,QOL)评分变化情况,比较金红片与藿香正气水的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组经治疗后显效例数为28例,有效例数为10例,经治疗后总有效率达到95.0%,对照组经治疗后显效例数为14例,有效例数为16例,经治疗后总有效率为75.0%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示临床诊疗效果研究组明显优于对照组。研究组经治疗胃肠道症状评分、大便频率评分、Bristol评分降低显著优于对照组(P<0.05),QOL评分升高显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金红片可明显改善老年IBS-D患者的胃肠道症状,缓解焦虑情绪,提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jinhong tablet combined with western medicine on gastrointestinal tract and quality of life in elderly patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods:80 elderly IBS-D patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the study group and 40 cases in the control group.All patients were treated with trimebutine maleate,the study group was treated with Jinhong tablets,and the control group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi water for 1 month.The gastrointestinal symptoms,stool frequency,bristol score and quality of life(QOL)scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical therapeutic effects of Jinhong tablets and Huoxiang Zhengqi water were compared.Results:After treatment,the number of markedly effective cases in the study group was 28 cases,and the effective number was 10 cases.After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.0%.In the control group,14 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 75.0%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the gastrointestinal symptom score,stool frequency score and Bristol score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the QOL score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jinhong tablet can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms,relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life of elderly IBS-D patients.
