两种剂量硝酸甘油与氯吡格雷联合治疗冠心病心绞痛效果比较

Comparison of the effects of two doses of nitroglycerin and clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的:探讨两种剂量硝酸甘油与氯吡格雷联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年10月在本院治疗的92例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。对照组采取低剂量硝酸甘油与氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采取高剂量硝酸甘油与氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组心电图疗效、心绞痛缓解时间和治疗前后心功能指标变化。结果:两组患者心电图疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组心绞痛缓解时间少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组心功能缓解效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量硝酸甘油与氯吡格雷联合用药对冠心病心绞痛患者的心功能具有良好的改善作用,因此可在临床中进行应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of two doses of nitroglycerin and clopidogrel in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose nitroglycerin and clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with high-dose nitroglycerin and clopidogrel.The ECG curative effect,angina relief time,and changes in heart function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in ECG curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The angina relief time in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The cardiac function relief effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of high-dose nitroglycerin and clopidogrel can improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,so it can be applied in clinical practice.
