51例霉菌性阴道炎中西医结合治疗的效果

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 51 Cases of Mycotic Vaginitis

目的:对中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果进行探究。方法:选择本单位2019年7月至2020年12月收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者102例作为样本进行研究,根据患者不同的治疗意愿将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组各有51例。甲组接受常规西医治疗,乙组在此基础上接受中医治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果:甲组的总有效率为82.4%,乙组的总有效率为98.0%,乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组(P<0.05);甲组的不良反应发生率为19.6%,乙组的不良反应发生率为2.0%,乙组的不良反应发生率明显低于甲组(P<0.05);甲组的复发率为21.6%,乙组的复发率为2.0%,乙组的复发率明显低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:在霉菌性阴道炎的治疗中,采用中西医结合治疗能够起到很好的效果,而且不良反应少,在安全性方面非常突出,患者在治疗后复发率明显降低。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods:102 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients admitted to our unit from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as samples for the study.According to the different treatment wishes of the patients,they were divided into group A and group B,with 51 cases in each group.Group A received conventional western medicine treatment,and group B received TCM treatment on this basis.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of group A was 82.4%,the total effective rate of group B was 98.0%,and the total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of group A was 19.6%,and that of group B The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 2.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of group A was 21.6%,the recurrence rate of group B was 2.0%,and the recurrence rate of group B was 2.0%.The rate was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of fungal vaginitis,the use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve good results,and has fewer adverse reactions.It is very safe in terms of safety,and the recurrence rate of patients after treatment is significantly reduced.
