推拿按摩联合中药熏蒸与中医护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

The effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on lumbar disc herniation

目的:对腰椎间盘突出症患者应用推拿按摩联合中药熏蒸与中医护理治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:以本院2019年3月至2020年8月收治的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象进行分组,即对照组与治疗组。对照组行常规护理治疗,治疗组应用推拿按摩联合中药熏蒸与中医护理治疗,比较护理效果。结果:治疗组治疗后JOA评分、ODI评分与对照组比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者应用推拿按摩联合中药熏蒸与中医护理治疗效果更显著,有助于缓解患者疼痛,改善患者功能障碍,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of Tuina massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:88 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were divided into groups,namely the comparison group and the treatment group.Contrast group conventional nursing treatment,treatment group applied Tuina massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment to compare the nursing effect.Results:The JOA score and ODI score after treatment in the treatment group were different from those in the control group,P<0.05.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Tuina massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment are more effective for patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can help relieve pain and improve patient dysfunction.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
