干预护理对早产儿生长发育及生存质量的影响

The effect of intervention nursing on the growth and development and quality of life of premature infants

目的:探讨干预护理措施应用于早产儿对其生长发育及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年2月本院收治的早产患儿108例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例患儿。对照组患儿予以常规护理措施,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上予以干预护理,并比较两种护理措施对早产患儿身高、体质量以及头围指标的影响,比较两组患儿生存质量的改善情况。结果:两组早产患儿分别接受不同护理措施后,观察组患儿的身高、体质量、头围生长发育指标均明显高于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存质量方面,对照组患儿腹泻、呼吸道感染、贫血的发生率为31.48%,而观察组患儿的发生率为9.26%,观察组的发生率显著更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早产患儿接受干预护理后,患儿的生长发育良好,身高、体质量以及头围均有明显改善,而且生存质量有明显提高,所以该护理措施值得在临床实践中应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of intervention nursing measures applied to premature infants on their growth and development and quality of life.Methods:A total of 108 preterm infants admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 54 children in each group.Children in the control group were given routine nursing measures,and children in the observation group were given intervention nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The effects of the two nursing measures on the height,weight and head circumference of premature children were compared,and the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the two groups of premature children received different nursing measures,the growth and development indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the incidence of diarrhea,respiratory tract infection,and anemia among children in the control group was 31.48%,while the incidence of children in the observation group was 9.26%,and the incidence in the observation group was significantly lower.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After premature children receive intervention nursing,their growth and development are good,their height,body mass,and head circumference have been significantly improved,and the quality of life has been significantly improved,so this nursing measure is worthy of application in clinical practice.
