党的十九大以来,围绕建设高素质善保教幼儿园教师队伍建设的战略目标,党和国家颁布一系列重要政策,体现如下价值导向:坚持党对学前教育的全面领导,确保幼儿园教师队伍建设之方向;加强师德师风建设和职业行为规范,铺就幼儿园教师队伍建设之底色;强化教师专业能力培养培训,夯实幼儿园教师队伍素质之根本;增加农村学前教育资源供给,补齐幼儿园教师队伍发展之短板;推动解决“同工不同酬”问题,增强幼儿园教师队伍权益之保障;深化教师评价制度综合改革,激发幼儿园教师队伍建设之动力。这些政策的实施有力推动了新时代幼儿园教师队伍建设的内涵式发展,全面提升了幼儿园教师队伍整体质量。

In the light of the strategic goal of constructing the high-quality kindergarten teaching staff, the Party and the state have issued a series of important policies since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC, embodying the following value orientation: adhering to the Party’s overall leadership over the preschool education to ensure the direction of the construction of the kindergarten teaching staff, strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics and professional conduct to lay the foundation for the construction of the kindergarten teaching staff, strengthening the training of teachers’ professional ability to consolidate the foundation of the quality of kindergarten teachers, increasing the supply of rural preschool education resources to make up for the shortcomings in the development of kindergarten teachers, promoting the resolution of the issues of teachers’ status and treatment to improve the mechanism for guaranteeing the rights and interests of kindergarten teachers, and deepening the comprehensive reform of the teacher evaluation system to stimulate the driving force for the construction of the kindergarten teaching staff. The implementation of these policies has effectively promoted the connotative development of the construction of the kindergarten teaching staff in the new era, and comprehensively improved the overall quality of the kindergarten teachers.
