基于感知有用性的贵州省妇幼健康机构用药管理信息化建设支持性研究

A Study on Supporting Information Construction of Medication Management in Maternal and Child Health Institutions in Guizhou Province based on Perceived Usefulness

目的 探讨感知有用性对贵州省妇幼健康机构用药管理信息化建设支持性的影响。方法 采用多阶段整群抽样法,于2020年12月至2021年2月对375名妇幼健康机构医务人员进行问卷调查,运用χ^(2)检验和有序logistic回归对所获数据进行统计分析。结果 85.3%的医务人员支持用药管理信息化建设。学历,机构等级,信息技术是否降低用药错误率、不合理用药发生率、提高患者用药满意度,是否加快药物检索速度、降低工作强度,是否生成库存药品审计报告和统计数据、防止药品短缺或积压对支持性的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 用药管理信息化建设总体支持性较高,但仍需发挥绩效考核“指挥棒”作用,不断提高医务人员对信息技术感知有用性的认知。

Objective:To explore the influence of perceived usefulness on the support of medication management information construction in maternal and child health institutions in Guizhou Province.Method:A multi-stage cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 375 medical personnel in maternal and child health institutions from December 2020 to February 2021,and the data were statistically analyzed with χ^(2) test and the ordered logistic regression.Result:85.3%of the medical staff supported the informatization construction of drug management.Educational background,institutional level,the decrease of medication error rate by information technology,incidence of irrational drug use,improvement in patients’medication satisfaction,the speed-up of drug retrieve,reduced work intensity,the generation of audit reports and statistical data of stored drugs,prevention of drug shortages or backlog on support were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The informatization construction of medication management is generally supportive,but it is still necessary to play the role of“baton”of performance appraisal to continuously improve the cognition of medical staff on the perceived usefulness of information technology.
