Strategies for Medical Consumables Management based on DRGDIP Payment Reform

医疗实践中医用耗材成本管控已成为各大医院医疗成本管控的重中之重,为适应医保DRG/DIP支付方式改革,促进医疗服务的高质量发展,医院运营管理机制将发生重大变化。解决耗材管理难题,满足经营成本管控要求,高效地完成医院耗材管理工作,需要提前考虑有效的应对策略。笔者对耗材管理现状,DRG/DIP支付方式改革下对医用耗材管理的影响以及应对策略进行阐述,为提升医疗机构耗材管理水平和相关研究工作提供参考。

Cost control of TCM consumables in medical practice has become the top priority of medical cost control in major hospitals.In order to adapt to the reform of medical insurance DRG/DIP payment and promote the high-quality development of medical services,the hospital operation and management mechanism will undergo significant changes.Thus,it is necessary to consider effective coping strategies in advance in order to solve the problem of consumables management,meet the requirements of operating cost control and complete efficiently the management of hospital consumables.The authors expound the current situation of consumables management,the impact of DRG/DIP payment reform on medical consumables management and countermeasures so as to provide the reference for the improvement in the management of medical institutions and the related research work.
