郴州市老年慢性病共存者衰弱现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of frailty among elderly patients with chronic diseases in Chenzhou

目的了解郴州市老年慢性病共存者的衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法于2021年8—10月便利抽取郴州市三所社区的360例老年慢性病共存者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、衰弱筛查量表和慢性病共存治疗负担量表收集信息,统计其衰弱发生率,并分析老年慢性病共存者衰弱的影响因素。结果老年慢性病共存者的衰弱发生率为40.8%(147/360)。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、性别、家庭人均月收入、居住状况、文化程度、慢性病数量以及治疗负担的老年慢性病共存者衰弱得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果表明,年龄、文化程度、居住状况、慢性病数量、治疗负担(P均<0.01)是老年慢性病共存者衰弱的影响因素。结论老年慢性病共存者的衰弱发生率较高,高龄、文化程度低、独居、合并慢性病种类较多、治疗负担重是老年慢性病共存者发生衰弱的危险因素。

Objective To understand the debilitating status and influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Chenzhou City.Methods From August to October 2021,360 elderly patients with chronic disease coexistence in there communities in Chenzhou City were conveniently selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,the screening scale for debility and the treatment burden scale for the coexistence of chronic diseases were used to collect information,count the incidence of debility,and analyze the influencing factors of frailty in elderly coexisting chronic disease patients.Results The incidence of frailty among elderly patients with chronic diseases was 40.8%(147/360).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the frailty scores of elderly coexisting chronic disease patients with different age,gender,per capita monthly income,living conditions,educational level,number of chronic diseases and treatment burden(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that,age,education level,living status,number of chronic disease,treatment burden(all P<0.01)were the influencing factors of frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Conclusion The incidence of frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases is higher.Old age,low education level,living alone,more types of chronic diseases,and heavy treatment burden are risk factors for frailty in elderly patients with chronic diseases.
