摘要
黄坛口水电站大坝运行已逾60年,混凝土构筑物长期受干湿循环、冷暖交替及紫外线照射产生不同程度的碳化侵蚀、剥蚀、钢筋锈蚀等问题,影响大坝安全使用寿命。文章分析阐述了无机水性渗透结晶型耐久防护材料——“纳米胶”在水电站大坝的作用机理及应用效果,实际应用表明:“纳米胶”在水电站大坝防护修复中能够取得很好的防碳化和延寿效果。
The dam of Huangtankou Hydropower Station has been operated for more than 60 years.The concrete structures have been subjected to various carbonization erosion,denudation,steel bar corrosion and other problems caused by drying and wateringcycle,alternating warm and cold and ultraviolet radiation for a long time,thereby affecting the safe service life of the dam.The action mechanism and application effect of inorganic water-basedpermeable crystalline durable protective material “nano-glue” in the hydropower dam are analyzed and expounded.The practical application shows that “nano-glue” can achieve good anti-carbonization and life extension effect in hydropower dam protection and repair.
