放射科质量管理中运用PDCA循环管理加PACS模式的效果

The Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Plus PACS Mode in Radiology Quality Management

目的探析放射科质量管理中运用PDCA循环管理加PACS模式的效果。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年12月在放射科工作的42名医护人员,按照双色球法分为两组,参比组21名应用传统质量管理,观察组21名应用PDCA循环管理加PACS模式。分析两组管理效果。结果管理后,观察组医护人员的放射科测评成绩、工作能力、患者管理满意度均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对放射科工作的医护人员进行管理时,应用PDCA循环管理加PACS模式能够提升医护人员认知水平,增强医护人员工作能力,提高管理服务质量,推荐使用。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management plus PACS mode in radiology quality management.Methods A total of 42 medical staff working in the radiology department of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for research.All medical staff were divided into two separate groups according to the two-color ball method.21 people in the reference group applied traditional quality management,and 21 people in the observation group applied PDCA cycle management plus PACS mode.Analyzed the management effects of the two groups.Results After the manangement,the medical staff in the observation group had higher radiology department assessment performance,work ability,and management satisfaction than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in the radiology department,the application of PDCA cycle management and PACS model can improve the cognitive level of medical staff,enhance the working ability of medical staff,and improve the quality of management services,which is recommended to use.
