综合管理在肛肠外科护理管理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Management in Nursing Management of Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨综合管理在肛肠外科护理管理中的应用,用于指导护理管理工作。方法选取2018年12月—2020年11月该院护理管理人员10名,对照组于2018年12月—2019年11月实施常规护理管理措施,研究组于2019年12月—2020年11月在对照组基础上采取综合管理措施,比较管理前后技能操作考核、专业水平考核评分与满意度评价。结果管理后,研究组技能操作考核评分(89.51±2.69)分,对照组(81.92±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.875,P<0.001)。研究组专业水平考核评分(90.36±1.73)分,对照组(82.48±2.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.648,P<0.001);管理后两组患者对两组护理管理人员护理满意度对比分析,观察组为96.77%,对照组为74.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.697,P<0.05)。结论综合管理应用于肛肠外科护理管理中,可以有效提高科室护理人员的技能操作和专业水平,同时能够提高患者的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive management in nursing management of anorectal surgery and to guide nursing management.Methods Selected 10 nursing managers in the hospital from December 2018 to November 2020,The control group received routine nursing management measures from December 2018 to November 2019,and the research group received comprehensive management measures based on the control group from December 2019 to November 2020,compared the scores of skill operation assessment and professional level assessment before and after management and conduct satisfaction evaluation.Results After management,skill operation assessment score of the study group was(89.51±2.69)points,and skill operation assessment score of the control group was(81.92±3.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.875,P<0.001).The professional level assessment score of the research group was(90.36±1.73)points,and that of the control group was(82.48±2.89)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.648,P<0.001).After management,the two groups of patients were given nursing management of the two groups comparative analysis of staff nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 96.77%,the control group was 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.697,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management in anorectal surgery nursing management can effectively improve the skill operation and professional level of nursing staff in the Department,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
