7S管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用

Application of 7S Management Mode in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的通过探讨7S管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用的具体效果,为指导妇产科的护理管理工作。方法选取2020年4月—2021年3月该院妇产科的14名护理人员,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组7名。对照组采取分层级管理方法;观察组在对照组基础上实施7S管理模式进行护理管理。活动结束进行专业水平考核、知识水平考核、技能操作考核评分及满意度比较。结果对照组基础理论考试评分(81.29±2.22)分低于观察组的(91.57±2.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.903,P<0.05);对照组专业水平考核评分(85.43±2.37)分低于观察组的(94.43±2.50)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.901,P<0.05);对照组技能操作考核分(74.43±2.22)分低于观察组(91.29±2.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-13.971,P<0.05)。考核小组25人对两组满意度进行考核,对照组护理管理满意度为76.00%,观察组护理管理满意度为96.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。结论7S管理模式在妇产科护理管理中应用不仅能够大幅度提高护士人员的基础理论水平、专业水平、技能操作水平,还可以显著提升护士的护理满意度,效果显著,在护理管理中有重要的意义。

Objective To guide the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology by discussing the specific effect of 7S management model in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From April 2020 to March 2021,14 nursing staff in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,7 nursing staff in each group.The control group adopted hierarchical management method;Observation group on the basis of the control group to implement 7S management mode of nursing management.At the end of the activity,professional level assessment,knowledge level assessment,skill operation assessment score and satisfaction comparison were conducted.Results The basic theory test score of the control group(81.29±2.22)points was lower than that of the observation group(91.57±2.64)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-7.903,P<0.05).The professional level assessment score of the control group(85.43±2.37)points was lower than that of the observation group(94.43±2.50)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-6.901,P<0.05).The skill operation assessment score of the control group(74.43±2.22)points was lower than that of the observation group(91.29±2.29)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-13.971,P<0.05).There were 25 members in the assessment group to assess the satisfaction of the two groups.The nursing management satisfaction of the control group was 76.00%,and that of the observation group was 96.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 7S management model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management can not only greatly improve the basic theoretical level,professional level and skill operation level of nurses,but also can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of nurses,and the effect is remarkable.It has important significance in nursing management.
