循证医学视角下医院图书馆的信息服务路径研究

Research on the Information Service Path of Hospital Library from the Perspective of Evidence-based Medicine

目的调查医学生的循证医学信息素养情况,评估医院图书馆在循证医学信息服务中存在的问题,为进一步优化图书馆循证医学信息服务内容和服务方式提供科学的数据参考。方法选取2021年6—12月通过问卷星网络平台发放自主设计的调查问卷464份,回收有效问卷455份。结果研究生对循证医学基础知识的理解程度好于本科生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医学本科生和研究生在对“循证医学了解程度”“了解循证医学途径”和“每周进行循证医学检索的次数”行为方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究生在进行循证医学检索时选择最多的是Pubmed数据库,而本科生选择最多的是中国知网。结论医院图书馆应根据用户的需求构建科学合理的循证医学馆藏资源体系、建设高水平的馆员服务团队、开拓全新的服务方式、提升图书馆信息服务的广度与服务的深度。

Objective To investigate the information literacy of evidence-based medicine among medical students,and to evaluate the problems existing in the information service of evidence-based medicine in the hospital library.To further optimize the library's evidence-based medicine information service content and service methods to provide scientific data reference.Methods From June to December 2021,464 independently designed questionnaires were distributed through the Wenjuanxing network platform,and 455 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results Graduate students had a better understanding of basic knowledge of evidence-based medicine than undergraduate students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between medical undergraduates and postgraduates in"knowledge level of evidence-based medicine","knowledge of evidence-based medicine approach"and"times of evidence-based medicine retrieval per week"(P<0.05).Postgraduates chose the Pubmed database most when conducting evidence-based medicine searches,while undergraduate students chose CNKI the most.Conclusion The hospital library should build a scientific and reasonable evidence-based medicine collection resource system according to the needs of users,build a high-level librarian service team,develop new service methods,and improve the breadth and depth of library information services.
