构建供应商平台在医疗设备档案资料信息化管理中的应用

Application of Constructing Supplier Platform in Information Management of Medical Equipment Archives

目的探讨构建供应商平台在医疗设备档案资料信息化管理中的临床应用价值。方法选择2020年度、2021年度该院采购的医疗设备各100件为观察对象,根据年度分组,2020年度为对照组,实施常规纸质版管理;2021年度为观察组,实施基于供应商平台系统的医疗设备档案信息化管理。比较两组医疗设备中标相关文件完整性、医疗设备使用规范相关记录规范性,统计两组调阅医疗设备档案资料耗时及上级检查整体评分,比较两组医疗设备档案资料完整性及规范性。结果观察组购置申请书完整、招标文件完整、医院批复文件完整、审计审批文件完整和验收文件完整比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备保养记录规范、设备维修记录规范、操作规范记录规范和业务培训记录规范的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组调阅医疗设备档案资料耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上级检查时整体评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗设备档案资料完整性及规范性比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论搭建供应商平台进行医疗设备档案资料管理,可显著提高医疗设备中标文件完整性与医疗设备使用规范性,更利于减少调阅医疗设备档案资料耗时,提高上级对医疗设备档案资料管理的认可度。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of building a supplier platform in the information management of medical equipment archives.Methods 100 pieces of medical equipment purchased by the hospital in 2020 and 2021 were selected as the observation objects.According to the annual grouping,2020 was the control group,and conventional paper version management was implemented;2021 was the observation group,and implemented the information management of medical equipment archives based on the supplier platform system.Comparing the completeness of the documents related to the bid winning of the medical equipment and the normativeness of the records related to the use of medical equipment between the two groups.The time-consuming of accessing medical equipment files and the overall score of the superior inspection were counted between the two groups,and the completeness and standardization of the medical equipment files were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the proportion of complete purchase application,bidding documents,hospital approval documents,audit approval documents and acceptance documents was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of equipment maintenance record specification,equipment maintenance record specification,operation specification record specification and business training record specification in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time required to access medical equipment archives in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall score of the superior inspection in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of completeness and standardization of medical equipment archives in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing a supplier platform to manage medical equipment archives can significantly improve the integrity of medical equipment bidding documents and the standardization of medical equipment use.It is more conducive to reduce the time-consuming of accessing medical equipment archives and data,and improve the higher-level recognition of medical equipment archives and data management.
