激励艺术在急诊科护理管理中的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析激励艺术在急诊科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2021年4月期间在该院急诊科任职的45名护理人员,2019年5月—2020年4月应用传统护理管理模式,2020年5月—2021年4月应用激励艺术管理模式,对不同管理模式下护理人员护理质量、职业倦怠及护理满意度展开分析并比较。结果相较于传统护理管理模式,激励艺术管理模式下护理人员职业倦怠感评分更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);激励艺术管理模式下护理人员护理质量各项评分均高于传统护理管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);激励艺术管理模式下护理人员工作满意度评分明显高于传统护理管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);激励艺术管理模式下护理人员工作压力评分明显低于传统护理管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理管理中应用激励艺术管理模式,护理人员职业倦怠感得到显著改善,护理质量及护理人员工作满意度均明显提升。 Objective To analyze the application value of motivational art in emergency department nursing management.Methods Selected 45 nurses who served in the emergency department of the hospital from May 2019 to April 2021,applied the traditional nursing management model from May 2019 to April 2020,and applied motivational art from May 2020 to April 2021.The nursing quality,job burnout and nursing satisfaction of nursing staff under different management modes were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the traditional nursing management mode,the burnout score of nursing staff in the motivational art management mode was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality of nursing staff in incentive art management mode were higher than those in traditional nursing management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction score of nursing staff in incentive art management mode was significantly higher than that in traditional nursing management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work stress score of nursing staff under incentive art management mode was significantly lower than that under traditional nursing management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the motivational art management model in the nursing management of emergency department can significantly improve the job burnout of nursing staff,and the nursing quality and job satisfaction of nursing staff are significantly improved.
