康复科护理管理中实施护理风险管理的效果

The Effect of Implementing Nursing Risk Management in Nursing Management of Rehabilitation Department

目的探析康复科护理管理中实施护理风险管理的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月在该院康复科工作的护理人员10名为研究对象,将其纳入参比组,应用基础护理管理。选取2021年1—12月在该院康复科工作的护理人员10为研究对象,将其纳入研究组,应用护理风险管理。比较两组康复科护理人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、负责患者的管理满意度。结果管理后,研究组护理人员的考核成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对康复科工作的护理人员进行管理时,应用护理风险管理能够提升护理人员专业水平,增强护理人员工作能力,提高患者的管理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing nursing risk management in nursing management in rehabilitation department.Methods 10 nursing staff who worked in the rehabilitation department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,included in the reference group,and applied basic nursing management.10 nursing staff who worked in the rehabilitation department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,included in the research group,and applied nursing risk management.The evaluation results,work ability,and management satisfaction of the patients in charge of the nursing staff in the rehabilitation department were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the assessment results of the nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working ability of the nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff in the study group had higher satisfaction with the management of patients than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing staff working in the rehabilitation department,the application of nursing risk management can improve the professional level of nursing staff,enhance the working ability of nursing staff,and improve the management satisfaction of responsible patients,which is recommended for research.
