老年病房医养结合模式下护理安全管理的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Nursing Safety Management under the Mode of Combining Medical and Nursing Care in Geriatric Ward

目的观察医养结合模式下老年病房实行护理安全管理的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月在职的50名护理人员作为研究对象,2020年1—12月实行常规护理管理,设为对照组;于2021年1—12月基于常规护理行护理安全管理,设为干预组,比较两组护理工作压力评分、护理质量评分以及护士对管理措施的满意情况。结果干预组护士在护理工作、工作量、工作环境、患者管理、管理及人际关系等方面压力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护士对管理措施的总满意率94.00%高于对照组74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对医养结合老年病房护理人员进行护理安全管理的临床效果显著,能从多方面提高护理质量,缓解护士工作压力,获得护士对管理措施更高的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing safety management in geriatric ward under the mode of combination of medical and nursing care.Methods Fifty nurses who were on the job from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Routine nursing management was implemented from January 2020 to December 2020,and it was set as the control group.From January 2021 to December 2021,nursing safety management was performed on the basis of routine nursing,it was set as the intervention group.The nursing work stress score,nursing quality score and nurses'satisfaction with management measures were compared between the two groups.Results The stress scores of nurses in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group in terms of nursing work,workload,working environment,patient management,management and interpersonal relationships,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nurses in the intervention group with management measures was 94.00%higher than that in the control group 74.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nursing safety management for nursing staff in geriatric ward combined with medical care and nursing care is significant,which can improve nursing quality in many aspects,relieve nurses'work pressure,and obtain nurses'higher satisfaction with management measures,which is worthy of popularization and application.
