摘要
目的探讨层级管理结合绩效考核对消毒供应中心护理管理工作的应用价值分析。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在该院消毒供应中心工作的护理人员30名,根据管理手段不同分为两组,各15名。常规组采用传统常规管理模式,管理组采用层级管理结合绩效考核管理方案。对比两种管理方案实施效果。结果常规组工作满意评分结果低于管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组清洗合格率低于管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组包装合格率低于管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组发放合格率低于管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理结合绩效考核在消毒供应中心护理管理工作中实施效果优异,该方案值得临床应用与普及。
Objective To analyze the application value of hierarchical management combined with performance appraisal in nursing management of disinfection supply center.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,30 nursing staff working in the disinfection supply center of the hospital were investigated and divided into two groups according to different management methods,with 15 staff in each group.The conventional group adopts traditional conventional management mode,while the management group adopts hierarchical management combined with performance appraisal management scheme.Compared the implementation effects of the two management schemes.Results The job satisfaction score of routine group was lower than that of management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of routine group was lower than that of management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of packaging in routine group was lower than that in management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of routine group was lower than that of management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management combined with performance appraisal has an excellent effect in the nursing management of disinfection supply centers,and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
