泌尿外科手术患者护理管理中精益管理模式的应用效果

Application Effect of Lean Management Model in Nursing Management of Urological Patients

目的探析泌尿外科手术患者护理管理中精益管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月该院泌尿外科工作的护理人员40名,按照随机信封分组法分为两组,参比组20名护理人员应用传统管理模式,观察组20名护理人员应用精益管理模式,比较两组护理人员进行管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对泌尿外科工作的护理人员进行管理后,观察组护理人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员负责手术患者的满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对泌尿外科工作的护理人员进行管理时,应用精益管理模式能够提升护理人员认知水平,锻炼护理人员工作能力,提高管理满意度,建议研究使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of lean management model in nursing management of urological patients.Methods From February 2021 to February 2022,40 nursing staff working in the urology department of the hospital were selected for the study.And they were divided into two groups according to the random envelope grouping method.20 nursing staff in the refernce group applied the traditional management model,and 20 nursing staff in the observation group applied the lean management model,and compared the evaluation performance,work ability and management satisfaction of the nursing staff in the two groups after management.Results After the management of the nursing staff working in the urology department,the evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing staff working in urology,the application of lean management model can improve the cognitive level of nursing staff,exercise the working ability of nursing staff,and improve management satisfaction,which is recommended for research.
