阶梯式管理在妇科高强度聚焦超声消融手术围术期的管理效果

The Effect of Stepped Management in the Perioperative Period of Gynecological High-intensity Focused Ultrasound Ablation

目的分析阶梯式管理在妇科高强度聚焦超声消融手术围术期的管理效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月该院妇科海扶工作人员30名为研究对象,按照电脑随机分配方式分为两组,常规组15名应用基础方式管理,海扶组15名应用阶梯式管理。分析两组管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,海扶组的测评成绩好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海扶组的工作能力强于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海扶组工作人员负责患者的满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科工作人员进行管理时,应用阶梯式管理能够丰富工作人员妇科相关知识,增强工作人员工作能力,提高管理服务质量,推荐使用。

Objective To analyze the management effect of stepped management in the perioperative period of gynecological high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation.Methods 30 Haifu staff of the gynecology department of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the computer random allocation method,and 15 people in the routine group applied basic management,and 15 people in the Haifu group applied stepped management.The evaluation results,work ability and management satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results After management,the evaluation results of the Haifu group were better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the Haifu group was stronger than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the staff responsible for the patients in the Haifu group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of gynecological staff,the application of stepped management can enrich the knowledge of gynecology,enhance the working ability of staff,and improve the quality of management services,which is recommended.
