团队式教学法在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用

Application of Team Teaching Method in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Teaching

目的探究团队式教学在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取某市医院2020年6月—2021年8月收入的40名实习生,按照时间线进行分组,2020年6—12月为对照组,2021年1—8月为观察组,各20名。对照组接受常规学科教学,观察组在此基础上接受团队式教学模式。采取问卷调查的方法分析并探究观察组的学习效果。比较两组实习生的学习体验及专业科目期末成绩。结果教学研究后,观察组对TBL教学模式更为满意,整体学习效果评估结果均在90%及以上;观察组的学习体验优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专业期末的理论成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔颌面外科教学工作中应用上团队式教学,不仅仅在一定程度上提升实习生们的学习体验,也促进实习生专业成绩的提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of team teaching in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching.Methods Selected 40 interns with income from June 2020 to August 2021 in a city hospital,and group them according to the time line,from June to December 2020 as the control group,and from January to August 2021 was the observation group,each with 20 members.The control group received routine subject teaching,and the observation group received team teaching mode on this basis.The method of questionnaire survey was used to analyze and explore the learning effect of the observation group.Comparison of the learning experience and final grades of professional subjects between the two groups of interns.Results After the teaching research,the observation group was more satisfied with the TBL teaching mode,and the overall learning effect evaluation results were all above 90%;the learning experience of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical score at the end of the term was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of team teaching in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery not only improves the learning experience of the interns to a certain extent,but also promotes the improvement of the professional performance of the interns.
