摘要
目的探讨Fair Grader 2000系统在口腔修复学牙体预备教学中的应用。方法选取2020年3月—2021年6月菏泽医专口腔医学专业二年级学生40名,2019级为研究组,2018级为对照组,每组20名。在仿头模上进行3次前牙烤瓷熔覆金属全冠牙体预备,每次预备完成后采用Fair Grader 2000系统进行评分,并反馈给研究组学生,而对照组无法看到Fair Grader 2000系统评分。每次牙体预备完成后,对两组牙体预备分数进行比较,最后对研究组学生进行问卷调查。结果研究组第2次和第3次牙体预备成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),90%的学生认为使用Fair Grader 2000系统能更好地提高牙体预备水平。结论Fair Grader 2000系统有助于提高学生前牙烤瓷金属全冠牙体预备的效果。
Objective To explore the application of Fair Grader 2000 system in the teaching of prosthodontics tooth preparation.Methods A total of 40 second-year students majoring in stomatology of Heze Medical College from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected,2019 grade as the study group and 2018 grade as the control group,20 students in each group.Three times of anterior teeth porcelain cladding metal full crown tooth preparations were performed on the imitation head mold.After each preparation,the Fair Grader 2000 system was used to score and feedback to the students in the research group,while the control group could not see the Fair Grader 2000 system rating.After each tooth preparation,the tooth preparation scores of the two groups were compared,and finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students in the study group.Results The results of tooth preparation the first and the second in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).90%of students beliered that the use of the Fair Grader 2000 system could better improve the level of dental preparation.Conclusion The Fair Grader 2000 system is helpful to improve the effect of the preparation of full-ceramic-metal crowns for the anterior teeth of students.
