6S管理模式在内分泌科护理管理中的应用进展

Application Progress of 6S Management Mode in Nursing Management of Endocrinology Department

6S管理模式是当前现代企业以及组织所使用的一种,有效进行现场管理理念与方式,其能够对工作现场实施科学的、合理的布置,从而保障现场工作人员、信息及物流等保持通畅,为工作人员创造一定温馨、安全、高效的工作环境。基于此,该次研究收集国内外相关资料,将6S管理模式的来源作为切入点,分析医院内分泌管理时使用6S管理模式的方式与效果,探究如何进一步完善6S管理模式的发展,改善内分泌科病区环境,提高护理人员的整体素质以及服务质量。

The 6S management model is one of the current modern enterprises and organizations used to effectively carry out on-site management concepts and methods.It can implement scientific and reasonable layout on the work site,so as to ensure the smooth flow of on-site staff,information and logistics,and create a warm,safe and efficient working environment for the staff.Based on this,this study collects relevant domestic and foreign data,takes the source of the 6S management model as an entry point,analyzes the method and effect of using the 6S management model in the endocrine management of hospitals,and explores how to further improve the development of the 6S management model,improve the environment of endocrinology wards,improve the overall quality of nursing staff and service quality.
