异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚及其硫酸盐的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(EO=9,1309)为原料,采用SO3硫酸化工艺、NaOH中和,制备了异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(EO=9,1309S)。测试了1309S的耐碱性、平衡表面张力、动态表面张力、泡沫性能、乳化性能及润湿性能,并与1309进行了比较。结果显示:1309S耐碱性优于1309;1309S的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、cmc时的表面张力(γ_(cmc))高于1309;1309S动态表面张力高于1309;1309S的泡沫性能高于1309;1309S乳化能力低于1309;1309S润湿时间长于1309。 Iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(1309S)was prepared through sulfation of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(1309)with SO3 as sulfation agent,followed by neutralization with NaOH.The properties of 1309S are tested and compared including the alkali resistance,equilibrium surface tension,dynamic surface tension,foam properties,emulsifying properties and wetting.The results were as follows:the alkali resistance of 1309S was better than that of 1309;the critical micelle concentration(cmc)and surface tension at cmc(γ_(cmc))of 1309S was higher than that of 1309;the dynamic surface tension of 1309S was higher than that of 1309;the foam of 1309S was higher than that of 1309;the emulsification of 1309S was lower than that of 1309;the wetting time of 1309S was longer than that of 1309.
