承德高质量发展评价指标体系研究与实证分析

Research and Empirical Analysis on the Evaluation Index System of High Quality Development in Chengde

推动高质量发展是当前地方乃至全国经济发展的重要引领和根本方针。为探索研究承德市高质量发展水平的现状,从建立高质量发展评价指标体系的必要性出发,提出了构建综合质效、创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展、主观感受七大方面的高质量发展指标体系,对承德市近几年的经济社会发展数据进行实证检验和分析评价,并提出下一步高质量发展措施。

Promoting high-quality development has become a fundamental requirement for determining economic development ideas,formulating economic policies and implementing macro-control in the current and future period,and has become an important leading and fundamental policy for the current national and even local economic development.In order to explore and study the current situation of high-quality development level in Chengde,this paper constructs a high-quality development index system including seven aspects of comprehensive quality and efficiency,innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development,shared development and subjective feeling from the connotation of high-quality development,and selects 70 indexes to carry out empirical tests and trial calculations on the economic and social development data of Chengde in recent years,so as to make an assessment of the quality development of Chengde.The results of monitoring the process of high-quality development and the system of high-quality development indicators are evaluated,and suggestions are made.
