猪巨细胞病毒感染专述

Topic Review on the Infection with Porcine Cytomegalovirus

最近,全球首例接受猪心脏移植的男子去世。研究人员在其移植的猪心脏中检出了猪巨细胞病毒(porcine cytomegalovirus,PCMV)DNA,这引起了对该病毒的广泛关注。PCMV分布相当广泛;具有高度的宿主特异性,仅感染猪;能够引起感染仔猪死亡,成年猪通常呈现隐性感染;在临床生产中往往不易引起人们重视。PCMV感染尚无特效治疗药物,因此成为养猪生产中的一大疫病隐患。本文从病原学、流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、实验室诊断及防治措施等方面,对PCMV感染加以综述,以引起人们对该病毒感染防控的重视。

Recently,the first man in the world who received a pig heart transplant died.The DNA of porcine cytomegalovirus(PCMV)was detected in the transplanted pig heart,which caused public concerns about this virus.PCMV was highly host specific which can only infect pigs,the virus was widely distributed and could make infected piglets died and adult pigs recessively infected,which was difficult to be concerned in pig production.The virus had become a major potential danger to pig production,as no effective drugs had been available.In the paper,the characteristics of PCMV was summarized from the aspects of etiology,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,laboratory diagnosis and prevention measures,with a view to drawing public's concerns about the prevention and control of the virus.
