再论铝电解生产“4221”工艺技术路线实践与成效 被引量:1

摘要 某铝电公司自2016年对现有300 kA、350 kA、400 kA 3个系列进行技术路线创新实践,形成了铝电解生产“4221”精准管控技术。随着阶梯电解政策的实施,形成了成熟的铝电解生产“4221”工艺技术路线。近6年的生产实践证明,本工艺技术路线大幅降低管理难度,较行业平均水平电流效率提高2%以上、电解槽寿命提高400天以上、原铝质量Al99.85率提高30%以上,并降低铝液交流电耗100 kWh/t以上,同时降低工人劳动强度、劳动量50%以上。本工艺技术路线为铝电解行业高效稳定运行问题,提供了解决思路。本工艺技术路线经济效益、社会效益显著。 One aluminum power company has carried out technology route innovation practice for the existing three potlines of 300 kA, 350 kA and 400 kA since 2016, thus developing the “4221” precision control technology for aluminum electrolysis production.With the implementation of the ladder electrolysis policy, a mature “4221”process technology route for aluminum electrolysis production has been developed. The production practice of the past 6 years proves that this process technology route has greatly reduced the difficulty of management, increased the current efficiency by more than 2% compared with the industry average, extended the pot life by more than 400 days, increased the rate of primary aluminum quality Al99.85 by more than 30%, and reduced the AC power consumption of aluminum liquid by more than 100 kWh/t, while reducing the labor intensity and labor volume of workers by more than 50%.This process technology route provides a solution for the efficient and stable operation of the aluminum electrolysis industry, with remarkable economic and social benefits achieved as well.
