都市圈市域(郊)铁路高质量发展研究及对策

Research and countermeasures on high-quality urban region(suburban)railway development in metropolitan areas

随着我国都市圈经济逐渐形成,市域(郊)铁路蓬勃发展,公交化运营、一体化服务成为市域(郊)铁路发展的主要趋势。文章从市域(郊)铁路功能特征与运营需求出发,立足我国发展实践,通过分析我国市域(郊)铁路的发展现状,梳理发展过程中的创新点和存在的问题,借鉴东京都市圈市域铁路的成功经验,从规划、票务、运输、站城融合4方面提出我国都市圈市域(郊)铁路高质量发展的对策,旨在为促进我国市域(郊)铁路发展提供参考和借鉴,助力都市圈高质量发展。

With the advancement of metropolitan area in China,urban region(suburban)railway developed vigorously.As a result,public transport type operation and integrated services have become the main development trend in urban region(suburban)railways.Based on China’s operation practice,this paper analyzes the functional characteristics and transport demand and analyzes the development status of urban region(suburban)in China,then sorts out the innovations and shortcomings in the development process of urban region(suburban)railway in China.By learning from the development of suburban railway in the Tokyo metropolitan area,this paper proposes important measures in the aspect of route planning,ticket management,transportation and station-city amalgamation.The purpose is to provide reference for the construction of urban region(suburban)railway in China and help with high quality development in metropolitan area.
