根据城市轨道交通目前在基础设施运维数据治理方面的不足,结合数据治理理论方法,在明确数据治理目标和对象的基础上,提出包含数据标准制定、数据架构搭建、存量数据改造、运维数据管理的数据治理流程与方法,并在某地铁运营公司土建线路部开展实践应用,提高数据应用的便捷度与数据分析的准确度,提升现场数据管理水平,为城市轨道交通基础设施智能运维在数据治理与标准化方面提供新的思路。

This paper discusses the pain points of data regulation in the operation and maintenance data of urban rail transit infrastructure.Combined with the theoretical approach of data regulation,on the basis of clarifying the goals and objects of regulation,the process and method of data regulation including data standard formulation,data architecture construction,stock data transformation,operation and maintenance data management are proposed.The best practice of data regulation is carried out in the civil line department of metro operation companies.It improves the level of on-site data management,reduces the time and cost of data retrieval,unifies the caliber of on-site data description,and improves the convenience of data application and the accuracy of data analysis.It provides new ideas for the intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail transit infrastructure in terms of data regulation and standardization.
