摘要
本研究旨在评估日粮中添加发酵饲料对三元母猪繁殖性能和免疫机能的影响。试验将48头1胎龄妊娠(90±2)d、体况和健康度一致的“杜长大”三元母猪随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。对照组饲喂常规日粮,试验组饲喂试验日粮(常规日粮添加5%发酵饲料,同时减少2%玉米和3%豆粕),试验从妊娠90 d开始至断奶后7 d。结果:试验组初生窝重、断奶仔猪数、断奶窝重、仔猪日增重、仔猪断奶成活率、母猪哺乳期采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。断奶当天母猪背膘厚度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),断奶-发情间隔极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),总产仔数和产活仔数差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组分娩当天母猪血清和分娩后第2天初乳中IgG和IgM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IgA水平有升高趋势,但未达到显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:日粮中添加发酵饲料能显著提高三元母猪的繁殖性能和免疫机能。
The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of fermented feed on the reproductive performance and immune function of ternary sows.48 DLY ternary sows with(90±2)days gestation at 1 gestational age and consistent physical condition and health were randomly divided into two groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 6 pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with conventional diet,and the experimental group was fed with experimental diet(conventional diet added with 5%fermented feed and reduced by 2%corn and 3%soybean meal).The experiment began from 90d of pregnancy to 7d after weaning.Results:the newborn litter weight,number of weaned piglets,weaning litter weight,daily gain of piglets,weaning survival rate and feed intake of sows in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the day of weaning,the thickness of back fat of sows was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the weaning oestrus interval was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in total litter size and live litter size(P>0.05).The levels of IgG and IgM in sow serum on the day of delivery and colostrum on the second day after delivery in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of IgA tended to increase,but did not reach a significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:adding fermented feed to the diet can significantly improve the reproductive performance and immune function of ternary sows.
