饲料中添加低聚异麦芽糖对锦鲤生长性能、血液参数及抗氧化性的影响

摘要 文章旨在探讨饲料添加不同浓度的低聚异麦芽糖对锦鲤生长性能、血液参数及抗氧化性的影响。试验挑选体质健壮、规格一致的240尾锦鲤,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,第一组饲喂基础饲料(CK组),第二组饲喂低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)添加量0.2%的饲料(T1组),第三组饲喂IMO添加量0.4%的饲料(T2组),第四组饲喂IMO添加量0.6%的饲料(T3组),试验共8周。结果显示,T2组增重率、蛋白质效率最高,显著高于CK组(P<0.05),且饵料系数最低。各试验组血液免疫及抗氧化指标均表现不同程度增高,T2组增加幅度最大;其中各试验组过氧化物酶(CAT)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T2、T3组溶菌酶(LYS)活性、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、补体C3显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T2组酸性磷酸酶活性(ACP)、补体C4、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组丙二醛(MDA)水平均低于对照组,其中T2与CK组差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验研究条件下,饲料中添加低聚异麦芽糖具有提高锦鲤生长性能,改善血液免疫功能,提高抗氧化能力的作用,其中低聚异麦芽糖添加量为0.4%时效果最佳。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of Isomaltooligosaccharide(IMO)on the growth performance,blood parameters and antioxidant performance of Koi carp(Cyprinus carpio).The total of 240 Koi with the same physical fitness and specifications were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 repetitions in each group and 20 fish in each repetition.The first group was fed with basic feed(CK),the second group was fed with 0.2%feed of IMO(T1),the third group was fed with 0.4%feed of IMO(T2),and the fourth group was fed with 0.6%feed of IMO(T3).The breeding time lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that the weight gain rate and protein efficiency rate of T2 were the highest,significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was the lowest.The indexes of blood immunity and antioxidation in each experimental group increased in varying degrees,and the increase in T2 was the largest.The peroxidase(CAT)of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the CK(P<0.05).The Lysozyme activity(Lys),alkaline phosphatase activity(AKP)and complement C3 in T2 and T3 were significantly higher than those in the CK(P<0.05).The acid phosphatase activity(ACP),complement C4,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GPX)in T2 were significantly higher than those in the CK(P<0.05).The level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in each experimental group was lower than that in the CK,and there was significant difference between T2 and the CK(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of the experiment,the addition of IMO in the feed can improve the growth performance,blood immune function and antioxidant capacity of Koi.The effect is the best when the amount of IMO is 0.4%.
