摘要
本研究旨在评估不同水平的中药渣对湖羊生长性能、肉质和抗氧化性能的影响。试验将60头平均断奶体重为(15.49±0.14)kg的湖羊分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头羊。3组湖羊饲喂玉米、青贮玉米和豆粕为主的全混合日粮,在为期12周的饲养试验期间,在全混合日粮中分别添加0、0.5%和1%中药渣。结果:1%中药渣组湖羊的末重和日增重与0.5%中药渣组和对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。0.5%中药渣组湖羊的末重和日增重较对照组显著提高4.34%和10.43%(P<0.05),但0.5%和1%中药渣组料重比较对照组显著降低11.89%和6.61%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.5%和1%中药渣组湖羊的眼肌面积显著提高9.93%和9.09%(P<0.05),但0.5%和1%中药渣组湖羊的蒸煮损失显著降低12.40%和11.95%(P<0.05)。0.5%和1%中药渣组湖羊血清甘油三酯浓度、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但血清胆固醇和丙二醛(MDA)浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湖羊从断奶到饲养12周,日粮中添加0.5%~1%中药渣可改善饲料效率,提高肌肉眼肌面积,降低蒸煮损失及改善血清抗氧化酶活性。考虑到湖羊的末重和日增重,日粮中适宜的中药渣添加水平为0.5%。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of adding different levels of Chinese herb residues in diets with the control group on growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant performance of Hu sheep.Sixty Hu sheep with an average weaning body weight of(15.49±0.14)kg were divided into 3 groups with 20 sheep in each group and 5 replicates in each group and 4 sheep per replicate.Hu sheep in the three groups were fed a total mixed diet consisting mainly of corn,silage corn and soybean meal.During the 12-week feeding experiment,the total mixed diet was supplemented with 0,0.5%and 1%herb residues,respectively.Results:There were no significant differences in final weight and daily gain between 1%Chinese herb residue group and 0.5%herb residue group and control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the final weight and daily gain of Hu sheep in 0.5%Chinese herb residue group were significantly increased by 4.34%and 10.43%(P<0.05),but the feed weight in 0.5%and 1%herb residue groups was significantly decreased by 11.89%and 6.61%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,eye muscle area of sheep in 0.5%and 1%Chinese herb residue groups was significantly increased by 9.93%and 9.09%(P<0.05),but cooking loss of sheep in 0.5%and 1%herb residue groups was significantly decreased by 12.40%and 11.95%(P<0.05).The serum triglyceride concentration,total antioxidant power(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in 0.5%and 1%Chinese medicine residue groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the serum cholesterol and malondialdehyde(MDA)concentrations were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:From weaning to feeding 12 weeks,adding 0.5%to 1%Chinese herb residues in diets can improve feed efficiency,increase eye muscle area,decrease cooking loss and improve serum antioxidant enzyme activity of Hu sheep.Considering the final weight and daily gain of Hu sheep,the optimal supplemental level of herb residue was 0.5%.
