摘要
国家储备林建设是维护国家木材安全及全面保护天然林的重要举措。广西为首批开展国家储备林建设的试点省(自治区)之一,在储备林建设方面积累了丰富的经验。该文介绍广西国家储备林建设概况、储备定位、储备树种、建设范围和主体、建设布局及经营措施等情况,全面总结广西国家储备林建设的主要做法和经验,剖析当前广西国家储备林建设中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的发展策略和建议,以期为广西国家储备林高质量发展提供参考。
National reserve forest construction is an important measure for maintaining national wood safety and comprehensively protecting natural forests.Guangxi accumulated abundant experiences as one of pilot provinces(autonomous regions)in the first batch of carrying out national reserve forest construction.General situations,locations,tree species,construction scopes and main bodys,construction layouts and management measures of national reserve forest construction in Guangxi were introduced.Main construction practices and experiences were comprehensively summarized.Main problems existing in current construction were deeply analyzed,and corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for high-quality development of national reserve forest construction in Guangxi.
