摘要
以二氯甲烷为溶剂,配制不同浓度聚乳酸(PLA)溶液,用静电喷雾技术制备了PLA微球,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析形貌和晶体结构,发现PLA质量浓度为5 g/mL,可制备球形度较好PLA微球,静电喷雾法制备的PLA微球结构为无定型结构。
Different concentrations of polylactic acid(PLA)solution were prepared using dichloromethane as solvent,and PLA particles were prepared by electrostatic spray technology.The morphology and crystal structure were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).It was found that microspheres with good sphericity could be obtained when the concentration of PLA was 5 g/mL,and the PLA particles prepared by electrostatic spray method were amorphous.
