摘要
研究提出制备BaTiO_(3)(BT)-SrTiO_(3)(ST)二元钙钛矿纳米复合体,以板状钛酸H_(1.07)Ti_(1.73)O_(4)·nH_(2)O(HTO)为前驱物,与BaCO_(3)和SrCO_(3)进行分散混合,采用熔盐合成法成功地制备BT/ST纳米介观晶体复合体。由于BT和ST的晶胞参数存在一定的差异,在BT晶体和ST晶体之间会产生异质外延界面,形成界面扭曲,导致不同方向应力改变,进而提高BT/ST复合体的压电特性,有望成为新一代主流压电材料。
In this study,BaTiO_(3)(BT)-SrTiO_(3)(ST)perovskite nanocomposite was synthesized,and the solid H_(1.07)Ti_(1.73)O_(4)·nH_(2)O(HTO)with plate-like particle was used as the precursor,which was fully mixed with BaCO_(3) and SrCO_(3),to prepared BT/ST nanocomposite by molten salt synthesis.Because the lattice constants of BT and ST are different,a heteroepitaxy interface will be formed between BT crystals and ST crystal,thus forming interface distortion,leading to stress in different directions,thus improving the BT/ST composite piezoelectric and ferroelectric.It is expected to become a new generation of mainstream piezoelectric materials.
