摘要
以邻叔丁基苯酚作为原料,经过芳基上的甲酰化反应、溴化反应和偶联反应三步实验过程制得产物3-叔丁基-5-苯基水杨醛,将其与2-甲硫基苯胺发生席夫碱反应成功合成目标产物,即新型的水杨醛亚胺[O,N,S]三齿配体,通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和FT-IR等表征手段对所得化合物结构进行表征,探究了合成条件对制备过程的影响。
3-(tert-butyl)-5-phenylsalicylaldehyde compound was prepared through formylation,bromination and coupling reaction using 2-tert-butylphenol as the starting material,which then reacted with 2-methylthioaniline by Schiff base reaction to obtain a novel[O,N,S]salicylaldimine tridentate ligand.The structures of the obtained compounds were characterized by means of ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and FT-IR.Then discussed the influence of synthesis conditions on the preparation process.
