1-MCP和壳聚糖处理对黄花菜贮藏品质的影响

摘要 目的:对大同地区鲜黄花菜使用1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)复合壳聚糖(CTS)涂膜处理工艺,研究黄花菜的各项品质指标在处理前后的变化情况,从而为更好地解决大同地区鲜黄花菜的贮藏保鲜问题提供参考依据。方法:将符合条件的鲜黄花菜随机分为4组,其中对照组(CK)不进行任何方式处理,1-MCP组采用2.0μL/L的1-MCP熏蒸处理24 h,CTS组使用1.5%的CTS液中浸泡处理2 min,1-MCP+CTS组采用1-MCP熏蒸处理复合CTS浸泡处理,分别在贮藏第1,3,5,7,9和11 d时,测量各组黄花菜好花率、开花率、腐烂率和失重率等指标。结果:通过1-MCP+CTS联合处理组可以进一步提高鲜黄花菜贮藏保鲜水平,在第3,5,7,9和11 d时,其好花率、开花率、腐败率和失重率等指标均优于CK组、1-MCP组和CTS组。结论:1-MCP+CTS复合保鲜液膜处理工艺也是一种有效提高鲜黄花菜贮藏保鲜水平的技术方法,通过1-MCP+CTS联合处理,从而制备复合保鲜液膜可以有效提高大同地区鲜黄花菜货架期。 Objective:1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)combined with chitosan(CTS)was used to treat daylily in Datong area,and study the changes of various quality indexes of daylily before and after treatment,so as to better solve the problem of storage and preservation of fresh daylily in Datong area.Methods:The eligible fresh daylily were randomly divided into 4 groups,the control group(CK)was not treated in any way,the 1-MCP group was treated with 2.0μL/L 1-MCP fumigation for 24 h,and the CTS group was treated with 1.5%CTS for 2 min in liquid,the 1-MCP+CTS group was treated with 1-MCP fumigation treatment combined with CTS soaking treatment.On the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,9th and 11th days of storage,the good flower rate,flowering rate,rot rate and weight loss rate of daylily in each group were measured.Results:The 1-MCP+CTS combined treatment group could further improve the fresh-keeping level of fresh daylily.On the 3rd,5th,7th,9th and 11th days,the indexes of good flower rate,flowering rate,spoilage rate and weight loss rate were better than those of CK group,1-MCP group and CTS group.Conclusion:The treatment process of 1-MCP+CTS composite fresh-keeping liquid film is also a technical method to effectively improve the storage and fresh-keeping level of fresh daylily.Through the combined treatment of 1-MCP+CTS,the preparation of composite fresh-keeping liquid film can effectively improve the shelf life of fresh daylily in Datong area.
